$55k salary with $3k draw on commission monthly. Very aggressive growth numbers expected but top territories can make $150k+.

Do you have any info on Align Tech. I saw a few post from 2012 about long hours, but good pay. Is that still the case. Any info would be helpful.

There was a district manager or regional manager with the initials JM out of Chicago area. What is the story with him? Good or bad? What ever became of him? What was the management style of this company overall?

I'm a new sales rep & I Have a quick question. Do you know up to how much invisalign is willing to cover in expenses for additional tools I would use day to day? i'm using a few tools in addition to Salesforce like Map My Customers to see my customers and route to them on a map and want to use a few more but dont want to add them unless they can get covered (affordable options, but still add up).

Are you new to the planet also? No company is cover anything outside of what they give you. This isn't 1994.

You seem to be fairly outdated yourself. I've got close friends working for mid sized companies in dental that expense these tools on a monthly basis. Check yourself before you wreck yourself buddy

Is Mike McMyne at your company? If you want to learn more about him read comments about him on Merz and Valeant cafe Pharma forums. You will soon see what you have in your leadership. Have fun! He will be referenced as MM on both company pages.

Do you have specific examples of why he's such a bad leader?
