You are right, except for this division. It is like a really small company and the culture and pay are everything a rep would ever want. (I am being serious)

Interviews will consist of one question: “Do you have what it takes to be the best of the best?”
Be prepared to come over to a boutique division with a confident culture and serious rare disease specialty.
Most reps can’t handle the responsibility
Rumors stirring that only HSBS / KAM / Executive TBS will be given first choice. If they turn it down then the leads will look outside.
