We have turnover already.

Managed care isn't getting it done and it's hard when we have limited indicaruons and you can use the competition off label and they have a dozen indications.


The truth that concerns me the most is after we have made our rounds seeing every customer 3 times what more will you talk about after that? What seriously? This is not a long term developmental relationship sell here. It's 3 times and bring something new to talk about.
