    Great job Vince and Tom,

My $46 share price is down to 12.70/share. I wonder if you both cashed out at the highs

The board needs to clean house all the way down to the RD level. This is a collection of rejects and/or retired retreads from other companies. This company was on this path prior to Covid so don't blame that.

Down to RD level? We have some of the worst immediate mgrs ever! No training, no mgt dev, no experience, no clue and half of the newer hired mgrs couldn’t sell and somehow hired on as mgrs. There’s a few that really should be looked at for incompetence and the hiring RD should be embarrassed.

I guess that's why Tom sold 190k shares at an average price of $61

    $11,500,000 is not too shabby
It would have been $2.3M today.

Believe in the company they said.....

Many analysts saying that stock will be under $10 very soon... that is what happens when investors are told by our CEO and CFO that our share would be over 30% by now... then to bolster sales they hire an inexperienced complete buffoon in Evan to try and lead the sales force to glory...

Be wary of Vince & Tom (Ista Pharma History)

    Both said they wouldn't sell Ista for under $40/share - hello B & L $9
Both said a generic would not impact business - guess what happened.

Kickbacks and bundling pricing = Ista entered a guilty plea to federal felony charge of conspiracy
ISTA agreed to pay $33.5 million to resolve criminal and civil liability arising from its marketing, distribution and sale of its drug Xibrom. Who paid ? The shareholder with a reduced stock price sale.

Great work guys. But hey you made your big bucks. On to Aerie....

Aerie hit $75/share and tom sold 11.2M at $61 - stock has been dropping ever since. Its not Covid. Its the company.

Wait till they have to raise more money and dilute the stock even more.

Yes. We probably will because we have a terrible sales force that can't sell two great products we handed to them with a bow. We are overpaying for you reps and hopefully we will get rid of more of you and hire reps who may have less experience but we can pay them well below 100k. Won't be any worse than the ones we are paying much more to.

So that saves a couple million is that going to make the company attractive to investors?

Keep in mind a-hole that when you feel one segment of the organization is overpaid the entire company is overpaid....

Our corporate bonus is predicated on earnings... sales suck so our bonus does also... sales reps here are overpaid not all of us in the company

So why do sales and earning suck soooo much pretty much across the board?
Maybe , just maybe, corporate overestimated just a bit cause they have no idea or experience for what they are doing????
    just maybe?

What happened to capturing 30% of the market?
    You were off a decimal.

Our product couldn't beat Timolol at multiple time points and turns patients eyes blood red. That could have something to do with our Market Share
