Is Atrium an okay way into the industry?

I am currently selling 3D printing equipment, I have been wanting to get into Med Device, but lacking experience. I have an opportunity with Atrium in the biosurgery/mesh sales, and I'm wondering if it's worth taking, regardless of all the negative feedback, just to get into the door? Have things been straightened out with the company at all since Maquet purchased them?
