Andy consistently talks badly about people. Even hall of famers. He really needs to learn when to shut his trap. I still don't understand how he's managed to stay in his position for so long. No wonder NNI is in the situation they're in with our WEAK leadership. So may good, solid performers want out. We all need to just leave this sespool. There is life after Novo, that's a fact. Our leadership is most likely the weakest in the industry.

 

The big joke is that they force us to take the sexual harassment e-learning course urgently but they really don't care about whether it is followed. Senior management has one rule for junior employees and another rule for themselves. They ignore sexual harassment if it's against senior management. Isn't it true Mr CEO and Chairman of the Board?
