Enough of the bullying, threats, utter lack of leadership and respect. He needs to go.

He’s done not one thing to help patients, physicians or employees. Turnover has been 8-10x pharma benchmark. It wasn’t all dead wood, it was led by CoE winners.
Time to go so the company can move forward.
