Did you get a chance to read the latest Fresenius report? If you did not, you may want to read, analyze and study because it has clear implications.You can also understand why the law firm that did the investigation were pretty good at what they do.

The law firm that completed the sale to Quest was different then the firm doing the investigation. Why? Because Hogan wouldn't be able to sign final document that all due diligence was truthful.

Hogan knew that most of the sales people were involved with the fraud. So they used another firm that was unaware of investigation, other than being told that Fresenius would ”keep the Brooklyn investigation.”

So Quest wasn't told the complete truth by Fresenius. Quest was under the impression that all reps going to Quest were interviewed and cleared.

Obviously, this is no longer the case with Fresenius admitting wrongdoing post-acquisition and pointing out the wrongdoing prior to the acquisition.

So, this is far from fake news. This is very serious. I guess BK boy was a little misleading with his posts.

He’s wishing and praying. He knows what is going on. He speaks with enough people to know that many individuals have been approached, some multiple times.
This isn’t anything to make fun of, Urgy is doing this because he is nervous as hell.
He feels the need to respond thinking it may help shield this from the hierarchy at Quest.
Problem is, they know almost everything, except that Fresenius didn’t handle the problem, they sent almost everyone to Quest. They know what the latest financial report said, they know that a few people are still on the payroll who participated in payoffs, kickbacks and forgery.
The truth is the only thing that matters, Quest will have no choice but to fire all the remaining former Shiel employees that are still at Quest.
DN, BG, AH, ER... these four are definitely entangled in the investigation and will for sure be fired and unable to ever work for a company that bills a federal program.
