IT REORG is in full effect right after the holidays. It will be done in phases. Phase 1 January, then more changes through April. I will post the new org chart soon. It will look something like this Jiazz | NOBODY LEFT FROM OLD LEADERSHIP TEAM (LOL!!) | EVERYTHING OUTSOURCED/SERVICES FROM BANGLADESH | SOME JUNIOR RESOURCE WHO SPEAKS ONLY URDU

will the people with senior manager title be depromoted to Technicians, will some long time employees who were doing cabling job in their previous job be fired

There are lot of egomaniac's there walking around wearing cologne like a women,having a manger, acting as if they know something, hope all of them will lose job either through reorg of acquisition

HR here, reliable sources have been confirmed that a major announcement about reorg will be taking place on April 15th!!! About 25% of Sales force will be reduced due to lap over, standard compensation packages will be issued.
