Does anyone have any information about the IT reorganization? When is it going to happen?!

Very soon we all hope. It is headed by a barrel of monkeys. Helpless desk, expense reports, ongoing redesigning and screwing up Quest. Fire the bunch.

Great response Einstein. You must be one of the nerdy tech twerps that keeps everything screwed up for us in the field. Enjoy, because your time is short as a major outsourcing revamp is coming soon. Have a nice day.

    REALLY!!! let’s be real..

First off there is no restructure for the Sanofi/dendrite helpdesk
    You may ask WHY?
Well First thing, Dendrite made Quest, Dendrite supports EVERYTHING, that Sanofi has even the SAMPLES that you can sell with out...ALSO it would cost Sanofi Millions to cross train and re-develop another help desk to support the field. There not going to do that...

Not only Do we GOT Fred, in our back pocket.. But it take allot to support you people. You all aren’t the BRIGHTESS BULB in the pack.. SO don’t get mad cause most of you, got let go... Dendrite is still Hiring!!

By your grammar and sentence structure, you must be the same asshole that said web usage is not monitored. Again, you are too stupid to see the situation. Dendrite has and continues to take SA for a very overly expensive ride. With the new CEO will come many changes for the Global/US operations including IT and Sales OPs. So, brush up on your English, you may have to use it to get your next job. And, tell Fred to get out of your pocket, the changes will affect him also.

I always thought someone inside Sanofi got paid off by Dendrite. If not, whoever called the shots was a moron.

IT systems at s-a are the biggest resource drain! Don't know how it got so bad but ~1/2 the company pounds on these old and useless systems to get nothing done. Many systems are so old and patched up that no one knows how to use them or why using them is important.

Best wishes for a happy 2009!

Does anyone know if they finished S-A IT restructuring? Did they clean out Infrastructure under Lattman all useless Directors’ and Sr. Manager’s since IBM does all the work. Someone should look at their relationships with some of the preferred vendor

fascinating comment...considering that ibm has very little business left with s-a in the US. ops center, server team, desktop support, network, e-mail teams were all taken away from ibm and moved to other vendors in the past couple years. ibm might still have some dba stuff, but that's about it for infrastructure.

of course, i'll agree that many of the directors and sr managers under RL are useless and that someone should look at some of the relationships with the preferred vendors. i might go so far as to say that even RL is useless

as for restructuring, they'll never be finished. just this week they told more people throughout IS that their positions were eliminated. and that probably won't be the last time.

100% agree... RL and all is clan should be cleaned up, if RT(CIO) loose all creditability for IS

Not only are they overpaying for everything over there millions more then they should but between Dendrite and the other vendor they don't even do a good job of making sure the software works when we get it and the manuals they send out are useless, It would have taken me longer to read the stuff they sent with my new useless tablet then the tablet will last

It wasn't him but his boss in Sales Ops and the VP of IS at the time that let Dendrite in the door.

So here it is, a whole year later, and there's still no complete organization plan. What a team. What vision.
