It's all about CX team instead sales. Head of Marketing is a jerk!

What about the dark soul??? At least we didn't have to see him on stage since he knows no one here likes him, including several on his own team. Such a weak VP for this company. Ks when are you going to make some real change and stop investing in a facade?

 

Guess it’s true the execs read this website because the theme last week sure was about the TMs. The TM panel was a good idea except for the fact it was all of the koolaid drinkers. I had fun and going to see how this all plays out. Hope we get a new VP of Sales soon, time for fresh blood. He is not very inspiring or motivating. Can we get rid of that marketing VP too, jerk is putting it mildly. No one not even his team likes him. They just fear him now since he gets rid of so many people at will. We all hope he is terminated soon like his last job. I think if we replace these two the field will thrive.
