It’s in such great shape that they have no money and are now posting 20 1099 rep positions.....that is rock bottom for a sinking ship

20 years from now, the entire industry will be supported by 1099 representatives. This business model will make drugs affordable and companies profitable...much faster. The pharma reps of today are bloated ego maniacs, soon to be slaughtered.

100% a rep, most likely a manager or higher.....if the industry is going to get “slaughtered” why is this person still in it? Bottom line: broke ass, crap products result in 1099 reps. Cost the company nothing and only one at risk is the 1099 person and in the end that 1099 rep w spend more time looking for a gig then selling our dam cough and cold crap

stop acting like pharma sales is not a part-time career. 1099 reps are the future. The only people afraid of this concept are the over paid and underworked lazy reps and
fat cats in marketing, market access, compliance and upper management. Most pharma companies could function better and more efficient with a 25% reduction in headcount across the board. AYTU will be here long after you are gone, or bought out by a larger company at a substantial premium.

if 1099 reps are the future, how come no reputable company has adopted this business model? What a joke!

Heard Merck hiring 1099 reps for its Keytruda expansion...NOTTTTT. AND WHO IS BUYING AYTU? it is a saleforce company who can’t sell and thing we own is a 12 yr old sleep med and a cough and cold syrup.

You must not be able extrapolate information from statements, unless clearly communicated in an unambigious manner. let me try again...Those who do not like the concept of 1099 are those who have the most to lose, regardless of whether it is for the betterment of the whole.

I heard Arbor is calling itself the Netflix of pharma, and EVERYONE WILL BE modeling themselves after them....2 divisions: retail reps and hospital reps, but arbor 2.0 (Aytu) says 1099s are the future. Which of these amazing company strategies is correct. My head spins at the innovation

Why so negative? If you don’t like it at AYTU, please leave. I’m sure your pedigree of working at a company you view as failing, will catapult you to the top of a sales force with an industry leading company. Here are a few recommendations, Pfizer, Merck, BMS, Sanofi, Abbott, AbbVie, Roche, Novartis...get the picture? Now get going and make sure to keep in touch.
