It's Not About the Partnership, It's About The Buyout

So many bashers on this board, I don't know where to begin. Vivus is not concerned about a partnership, although they have said it is necessary for Qsymia's growth.

Vivus management and the board are trying to sell the company, period. If this works out, all of the bashers might be pleasantly surprised. Who knows, you might end up working as an employee of a big pharma company instead of a contract employee with limited benefits.

Make no mistake, Qsymia has patents extending to 2029. Hopefully, the EU approval recommendations are doable and the sales, although slow, will improve with time and especially with a well managed sales organization.

Furthermore, the FDA has opened an inquiry into the use of testosterone and its safety. Did you know most men taking testosterone are overweight and the reduction of weight can return testosterone back to normal levels. Go figure.
