James Thurman, just let Calvert go. He's burning up his people like Christmas wrappings in the fireplace. He's caustic to the environment. Just look at how many of his direct reports are constantly on medical leave, on vacation or otherwise find reasons to not be at work. Not only does he need to go,but his position is a negative value add. JT, just do what U gotta do man. You'll be a better leader for it and your site will perform better.
