1) First, you need some help for your anger issues.
2) it is human nature for people to be drawn to train wrecks and other disasters.
3) NVS screwed up Alcon through arrogance and incompetence. They also screwed over thousands of good employees so it is only natural that so many employees and exEMPLOYEES enjoy watching NVS & Alcon tank.
4) JNJ can smell weakness and incompetence and is now making its move. They will systematically take market share fron Alcon.
5) JNJ is head & shoulders above NVS and becoming number 1 in IOL and surgical will be a very easy task because NVS / Alcon are poorly "managed".
6) realize its over for Alcon. Addivice: change your attitude, update your resume and move on. Good luck and don't forget clean out your desk and turn off the lights.☺

In terms of compliance and managment, NVS is definitly stronger than Alcon. alcon has very poor managers and decision makers. If you dont agree then please ask around. Some managers dont even show up to work. ZERO leadership!!!!!

 

Good Lord grow a set, show some actual skill and sell vs the comp. It isn't that hard to beat AMO nearly all the time. Their Phaco sucks and they know it, so do customers. Centurion can anchor any deal then tie in a pack and IOL rebate that can't be beat. Even their new lens is already having major issues and the chat lines are on fire w poor results. AMO came out with all kinds of promises and the lens is not delivering. If you have any ability to negotiate, understand financial and surgical needs then you'll be fine. If you can't... bail and go work a desk job taking calls from a que. No time for cowards or children.

Alcon have retina , glaucoma and cataract surgical business, J&J only cataract.
J&J phaco is old, much than 10 years, Alcon phaco is quite new
