no effect on contract. in fact i think theyll continue to build the cso sales force.

if youre a rep, in a low yield rural territory. id be brushing up my resume. soon these territories will only be staffed with csos.

What resume? " Provided free Panera and sat in waiting rooms 16 hours/week" is hardly a compelling accomplishment.

Layoffs definitely not on the horizon...you don’t plan a national meeting and pay for everyone’s airfare then layoff before the meeting

if there is a layoff it wont happen before end of the year or beginning of 2019.

They literally did exactly that after the national meeting to roll out Pricara.

yes, the company has done layoffs several times after saying there wouldn’t be any, and after big meetings. I have no doubts about a layoff coming up after that debacle of a call this morning.

Todays call was amusing. Love how CVS change in 2018 was a “huge win” but the coming change in 2019 is “not a big deal” for INV.

What is everyone’s manager saying about the “realignment”?

They don't know anything yet; it will be as it will be just like always. Are you naive? There will be cuts where cuts need to be made as well as realignments. It is no big deal. Things need to be tweaked every now and then; relax.

The "story" they gave us with that Primary Care was overloaded BUT that reps are needed in other divisions so you'll be offered those jobs which you can refuse to take. The way JNJ works you'll never make more $$ even if the job pays more and if you don't take it you'll likely go bye bye.

Any other comments on how this will go down?
