    Don't go here! Shady, shady, shady company! Commercial company trying to back-up into R&D space and not patient centric as it claims. High turnover - too many ex JnJ employees creating a toxic culture and the more toxic you are the more they like you! The mid level VPs have created a blaming culture. They hire bodies to fill positions and are intimidated by people with expertise. People are running departments without specialized backgrounds which is the reason for the turnover. This is making those who are specialized/experienced feel degraded. The lack of acknowledgement by the mid level VP leaders that there are some folks who are smarter than they are is paralyzing the organization. We have some great senior leaders and great clinicians. The problem is they need to get rid of the mid VPs who are talkers, actors, blamers, and are clueless or the problems will continue. Time to move on! Not to mention those who have overstayed their welcome! if you are toxic, you will get promoted!
