    How is this guy still an RD? He has arguably the worst management team in the nation and that starts with Burdsall. That guys is a f-ing disaster who has accomplished nothing as a DM. Sadly, he thinks he makes a difference but the reps that matter under him leave and his performance is consistently below average.
    The POA was sad for those of us who have been around a while. The culture here is toxic and that starts with JD.
    And what happened to Mark Koenig and Armburst? How do you lose those two? Are you serious? Any DM that matters is gone and we are left with this shit show.
    Please, someone buy us......

    JD is nothing but an empty suit and a bully. He does not know how to respond when someone even remotely asks why we are doing something that is not working. He is a classic example of someone who lets power go to thier head. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's a requirement for Forest leadership: JD JL SB AA LB CR the les goes on and on. I was shocked when SA left. He used to be one of JD's boys. So if a guy like that is leaving you need to take a look in the mirror.

    totally agree on the above quotes. Losing SA is unreal. If that guy quits on JD it's almost a sign of the apocalypse. Does MW know what's going on?
    JD isn't a great leader. When he was put in charge of pharmacare he had such a large region with so much overlap you couldn't measure his performance accurately. He didn't even provide direction or a plan on his own because the 10 RDs he worked with did that. Then he and BB became partner RDs and he basically did whatever BB said. Now on his own he has know idea how to run a region, has zero talent in management in his team now that MK and PV are gone and he has no plan.

    i noticed there was a DM spot listed in his region a few weeks ago and again this week. Same spot or has he lost 2? If so, who?
    Agree about SA. That guy guzzled the JD Kool Aid. Was with him in LT and I thought it was his brother!

    He lost just MK. SL in Newport News, TT in Lynchburg and NH in Richmond went for the spot but no one has been announced.
    If you know these three, then you know the team they get will have no hope. NH is a nice guy but he lacks the ability to sell, lacks the ability to speak coherently, and has mismanaged every territory rep issue he has ever faced.
    TT would throw his mother under the bus to save his own ass. He is a pathological liar and he cheated the company. Ask him what happened in Florida when he was there and when reps were getting docs to rx random scripts for them and their family. How is he even still here?
    SL has zero managerial experience and has no shot at getting the job. Total meathead which she would take as a compliment.
    JD needs to pass on all three and go outside of the company. However, he will choose someone like NH or TT that he can control, who will have no voice, etc. you'll see next week-

    be glad you don't know them. Sadly, I think the above poster is right about who they choose. Really they are all worthless. And they get to manage a team full of brand new people.

    This guy is a 100% joke! The thing everyone has to remember is the individuals that came from the AA region are cut from the same mold. Deegan and Belak are absolutely terrible. I have worked for 4 RD's and these two have to be the worst! Deegan hates women, has no clue on where the business is coming from, loves his "male" managers (????). Watch him in a meeting when you push back or ask for clarification on the "why" behind the "rediculous" direction he is giving. His face will get red and you will never get clarification-he has no clue!!!! WAKE MIKE WATSON!!!!

    the new DM is NH.....wow. This proves that you too can be a DM. In this case, you have to be a horrendous specialty rep who has failed miserably in managing any team conflict (EJC in c-ville and others), who has to be one of the worst salespeople in the Region, and who cuts out early every day to play golf.

    whoever has been posting knows their shit. NH was promoted.......this company went to shit a long time ago and this is just another example of why no one respects Deegan.
    His ceiling was DM. He should ask to go back because he is clearly too incompetent to run a Region.

    JD will only promote his "boys". He does this so he can continue to control them. Most good managers know to surround themselves with good people. JD does the opposite, surround yourself with people that you can tell what to do and don't have their own mind. Just look at his managers JB, LB, RM just to name a few. He and his team are the laughing stock of management. Next to belak and his sorry bunch of misfits!

    but that's just The Forest Way. Surround yourself with sycophants and Yes Men/Women. Then intimidate, bully and ostracize those that challenge with original thought.

    If it's not Legacy Forest than why is it only Legacy Forest people who are in Management for the most part? JD was Forest and operates the same way if not worse. He has t changed. He does not have the mental capacity to do so. He is what Forest wanted and still wants. How do I know? He's still here

    We are all miserable here-working for JD, BB, MW in the retail world. Their hiring boss- AA seems to be having the same effect in the Hospital world. When will uppper management wake up? These individuals are not managers, coaches, all they do is run people off and make our lives miserable. To BM and JL-if you want a group of managers to run all the good people off (not many left) and keep the ones not working, faking calls, not selling, etc., then keep these idiots in place. This place is and will continue to be a joke.

    Forest doesn't care about turnover. Never has never will. People leaving is a reflection of the individuals inabilities not the Companies.

    OK -belak/deegan-you can stop trying to strengthen your position and like always -blame it on us the reps. When will you realize that we/as reps only model the behaviors of our leadership. That should serve as a "wake up call" for all of you. #1 We believe nothing you say; #2 we will not execute what you say/ b/c we do not believe in it or you; #3 we all see your managers as "pawns". None of them believe in what your direction is-they tell us this on field rides. One of your managers KS or KP depending on what she tells people; she has no better response when asked "why??" something is being done or asked-than that is what belak wants. You guys are a joke. I have worked in this region for a long time. I have seen 3 RD's come and go. The before RD's had their flaws -the difference was they were interested in what "we" as reps felt need to happen and were open to what needed to change. You-deegan/belak have no interest. Your same old -non productive/manage by fear/fake energy will not/does not work. When you realize this you might be successful.
