    I've always found the best practice is to blame "the numbers" on the goals, managed care, no access, SAM, my Ventiv rep or my DM (did I miss any?). Whenever my sales suck there is always something I can blame it on, or someone to point my finger at. Management always falls for it and as long as my partner keeps working, I keep making bonus. What a wonderful system.

    Maybe YOU are "coasting", but some of us are actually working hard trying to meet goals that are sky-high
