JJT reorganization - amateurs at work

I guess s we will see this reorganization in one of the economic magazine ..as example of how not to manage a change... Never seen in 25 years of career such an amateur act like that.
How to destroy engagment in few months. Continuing to introduce ineffeciencies day by day, losing talents(as usual the ppl who goes are the best one), losing loyal leaders, being completely misaligned to the business strategy, 0 communication apart of ridicolous posts (which are use for jokes between employees) ...
creating an atmospehre of fear and manipulation where criticism is considered not being loyal instead of postive improve the situation

 

What re-org?

 

The OP is probably one of the VPs that got pushed out.

Wish they would get it over with and let the rest of the org know whether they have a job or not.
