Sweet...... Employees told they are losing their jobs. They all start preparing and searching. Their lives and families are turned upside down. Lonza reports of problems with batches. JO in turn demands two more batches from ARIMF employees. No change in closure date, no "extra incentive" for employees who have already been affected.

The level of incompetence shown by upper management in this relocation and restructuring is staggering.

There are some major ethical and compliance issues with all of this. Someone is going to get hurt.

Welfare and concern of the employees at ARIMF is non-existent. All the company is concerned about is MONEY. The amount of stocks which have been sold by JO over the last three months is absurd. She is raking in millions all while taking jobs away from hundreds of dedicated employees and then demanding more production goals prior to the site closure.

JO is our leader and we shall follow her lead. She's the best of the best.

She needs to trim the rank and file of subpar non- performers. It's systematically working and she's
Making huge bank, whilst the dead wood is eliminated.

Which site provided the lions share of Soliris? Which site was able to meet all production demands which enabled Alexion to warehouse 2 years of product? All this was accomplished with minimal fundings from corporate to address the aging facility and manufacturing processes. Just like an old car, they used it to get from point A to point B neglecting to maintain it for the long haul. We constantly worked around process bottlenecks. We managed single point of failures. All the time hitting the demand placed on us. Can the other manufacturing sites boast of the obstacles ARIMF was able to overcome? If ARIMF is to be considered a failure, it is due to Corporate Leadership...... if a ship ends up in the wrong port, the fault lies with its captain.

This is the reality of the ARIMF situation, poor upper management. SD better watch his back, because when Ireland isn't ready to go and Lonza fails to meet the market demand (shortage), JO is going to throw him right under the bus.

It seems someone "got wind" of the push for two more batches and realized you cannot treat loyal employees this way. You cannot eliminate thier jobs, then demand they perform and produce more just to meet a goal for the company which they will no longer work for. Poor planning from the top down. Glad someone realized what a poor decision this was.

I've been in alexion for a while now. It was good for a while,.Liked when I arrived, but by now, the nice work environment is gone. Everybody is a backstabber. Most of the managers aren't worth half of their wage. Everybody wants to be promoted not for each other good work, but because the colleague next to him is being promoted. Lies are said everyday, and the the manager's speach change every single day if needed. Unqualified personal are staying and most likely will be promoted, and the really good ones are being sent away. Everybody wants to be a manager of something. The senior admiistration is a failure, they lost the sense of reality. Their reality will be the off-shores bank accounts they will be filling early next year when they sell the former good company that used to be Alexion.

Guess AMIF aren't a bunch of losers since the warning letter was lifted. They worked extremely hard to "right the ship" but too bad JO doesn't care. She sunk them anyway and for no good reason! SHAME.

The warning letter was lifted and the ARIMF employees were last to know, some even heard from sources outside of the company! No word from JO or anyone else about this huge achievement. They pulled one over on Ludwig and the third party company with inaccurate and emotional data which lead to the decision to close the site. Good luck with supply.
