Here’s an idea. Let’s add more top layers. More VPs and Sr Directors. I have never seen anything like this. And HO giving himself a promotion for subpar performance. All while we get shit bonuses. There are way too many people at the top of this place. I say get rid of half the people at the top who have truly not held themselves accountable. Finger pointing and incompetence is what they are good at.

For all managements protests they aren’t like Valeant they sure didn’t learn any lessons from Valeant. You can’t cost cut your way to prosperity quarter after quarter, at some point you have to invest in the future 3-5 years out and not try to dress up your immediate quarterly filings at the stake of your future. More evidence MT, HO and the rest of the EC are on borrowed time. They can’t concern themselves with anything past a 2-6 month time frame.
