John Balian has invested in IMED Global and has given them business. He has tried to do this at Pfizer and was asked to leave for his unethical behavior. Does anyone else know any information about this? This should be reported to Johnson and Johnson procurement for favoring a vendor. Prashanth and John have worked on an unethical deal and this should be stopped. Comments?

Yes, I have heard the same thing. He is joining their board meetings, asking for sales data, and clearly has an interest in the company. He tried to do the same thing at Pfizer. John Balian and Prashanth have an unethical partnership and this will be exposed.

John Balian and Prashanth are working together on this company. Prashanth has removed himself from daily operations in case they are to get caught by JNJ.

Maybe he tried to get fired so that he can sign his investment documents with imed. He tried to do the same thing in the past. Then him and Prashanth will try to sell the company. We need to find a way to report this unethical behavior to jnj.

  8. The posting here, on this site, about iMEDGlobal Corporation is malicious slander. I would like to state in the most clear terms that Dr. Balian has not invested in iMEDGlobal and is not a shareholder of the company. As a corporation we maintain complete transparency and adhere to the highest ethical standards of business conduct. We have been repeatedly audited by our customers and external independent agencies. Our financial records, audit reports, corporate structure and governance, and shareholder agreements are available for scrutiny and inspection.
We have initiated steps to find out who is responsible for these acts which are totally baseless and false. Appropriate legal action will be taken.

This is a ridiculous and baseless allegation. I have been working with iMEDGlobal since last 2 years and can vouch for the transparency and integrity of the management. Our founder, Prashanth Visweswaran, has been nothing but inspiring to the entire organization in terms of building a high-energy, motivated team which is one of the prime factors behind the exceptional growth of iMEDGlobal. Being a part of the core operational team, I have seen the company grow due to the hard work of the employees and unconditional support from the management. I am one of those many employees who have got the best platform and opportunity for career growth in iMEDGlobal, and I have the highest regards for the entire iMEDGlobal Management team. So please stop defaming people if you don’t understand how much hard work it takes to build a successful company & trustworthy relationship with clients.

Balian dedicated his book to him and someone with the name prashanth provided public ratings on the book. There is something going on

IMED is about to implode, they fired or laid off most non Indian employees. They fleeced J& J out of millions and now refuse to pay vendors, creditors or former employees.

They are done. Totally inept leadership in India and their founder left to start another company while this one needed leadership. Who does that? Only a moron who replies to threads on cafepharma (see the hilarious response of his in the thread above). J&J gave them their walking papers almost immediately after Balian was sacked and found out he went to iMed. Too inappropriate a relationship for Purchasing's liking. Now their NJ office has been decimated and it's only a metter of time before their other offices close. Who wants to take a bet? 6 months the company will be no more. Only hope is if someone buys them but who would given the fact that they have no or dwindling business.

Have they lost the entire JNJ project? What is IMED's relationship with Freyr? In what capacity is John Balian working with IMED?

iMed founder is part owner of Freyr. Balian is an advisor at iMed now.

And they are finishing up here at J&J. No more business is going to be given to them due to problems with quality of work.

Maybe that is why Prashanth started another company. He loves to start companies, tries to sell them, fails, moves on. Always brings along his A team - Mahesh and his cousin Rajaram.

Heard that they've got 2 big non-J&J accounts. Is it true? Looks like John Balian is playing an active role in advising the management team. Smart move to look out for other accounts after J&J.

Nope. They're trying to get other accounts but struggling to get traction. Balian seems like a nice enough person but he won't be able to save this sinking ship of fools.
