This manager needs to learn to lead people. She is the most ridiculous, bipolar and immature person I have ever had the displeasure of working for. I started not too long ago and I’m already regretting that decision. I am in my way out as soon as I can find another position. Kara grow up and read some leadership books. You are terrible.
