First the CFO left to go to a no name company (Amarin?) and now the CEO stepped down to take a demotion back at Sun? What's going on???

Sounds more like rats fleeing a sinking ship. It doesn't look like those price increases are going too well in q2.

A few customer service folks will be leaving soon. Going to join their old boss at the Taro Tarytown office.

 

Yes, clearly the CEO/CFO left a multi billion dollar company because of shared services headaches, not the grand jury subpoenas.
