The board is usually just a rubber stamp unless the board member is also an officer in the company. Without looking, is koven an officer?

At least they sent me a rejection letter. Most companies don't give you that courtesy and within a few days. I can respect that.

I was told around 100K base plus commission. They are also not offering vehicles, car allowance, but don't know the amount.

There is a company car. 100K-120k based on qualifications plus commission. Territories are huge and 20-40% overnights.

Small start up with the usual growing pains. Hiring managers haven’t gotten the interview process down, at least the one I interviewed with. Seems like it’s going to me a messy launch with many learning along the way. Cash on hand projected til 2020 which is cutting pretty close. You’ll be taking a risk coming here.

What are the employee stock options like? And what kind of company car do you get?

You get a 15% stake in the company and a Range Rover for a company car.
