Never forget the kam’s are guaranteed their bonus regardless of how bad the numbers are. With no skin in the game, they have no reason to work and sit at home watching tv all day.

 

All of this noise about the KAMS who they clearly show no signs of firing but I’m
missing the outrage at the HO for getting rid of Joe Puma? They got rid of his position after he had done so much for this brand. I’m sure that he’s happy to be rid of this sinking ship. Thank you for years of hard work and dedication to this brand Joe.

 

I had no idea puma got fired. He was a good guy. Unfortunately, the kams are useless and do deserve to be let go. Eliminate that position and open up more $$$ for the sales force who actually drive business and don’t sit in their offices putting together bogus power points to try and show like they actually do something

I have a huge meeting tomorrow with some KOLs that the kam is supposed to attend. In fact he was supposed to lead it but I haven’t heard from him in forever. I hope he doesn’t show tomorrow so I have more ammunition to go to corporate and Colletti.
