Ken is a great guy, know him personally. He is a bit unorthodox and can throw people off with his off-the-cuff comments but he is solid.
You would be lucky to work for Ken Metcalf!! Awesome boss, mentor, salesmen. Get to know the guy before you judge. He used to be my boss as West Coast VP of Stryker and am amazingly sad to see him leave to run CO. You should feel lucky
Ken Metcalf was the college/fraternity brother of Mike Mogul, Pres. of Stryker, as well as Jeff Smith AVP for Stryker and Mike Landa, who has a cushy job assisting Mogul. The four all went to college together in Colorado. Mogul/Smith/Landa all started with the instrument Div. of stryker in the 90's and mogul got picked by John Brown, former CEO of stryker for the fast track and he brought his buddies along. Of the 4 Mike Landa is the most worthless one but rumor has it he's the closest to Mogul.
Did this Ken Metcalf by any chance attend Adams State College for a couple of years and participate in the cross country team?
