So consider this better than an unemployment check and use it as a stepping stone while you madly sound out job application and hope for an interview before this company cans you. They sweep through always thinking they can find someone better.
The only good thing is that you will be their long enough to qualify for unemployment! This is virtually is sweat shop that loves to prey on their employee's. Look at the longevity of the sales force............will tell the true story!
you said it. Bad management comes up with bad sales expectations because they don't have a clue on business and forecasting sales. A lot of really good/great reps lured in here, but stupid management ruins it. Starts at the top down - sales management pure yes-men or they are gone. Reintroducing a new rep every 6 months or so is bad for business and customers are NOT happy. That is a direct reflection on the lack of intelligence in management. They spend more money on hiring/firing time and effort and more tree's wasted on PIP paperwork. Everyone gets PIP if they last 6 mos to a 1 year- dont think you will be excluded.
whatever you do don't work for any division of this Krames or MediMedia Health. I f you are talented its a waste of your time to invest even in the transportation cost for the interview
Only drones and zombies need apply. You'll spend everyday thinking HR is gonna walk you out the door. If you have an ounce of real talent and brains, they don't want ya. Anything you suggest goes ignored and they'd rather follow established stupidity.
