It seems Kybella has gone into holding pattern mode- scaled back product launch, obviously marking time until Allergan is officially calling the shots. Doctors are getting pissed off because they were led to believe the product and training would be forthcoming and now are being pushed off. Any one out there have thoughts on this?

 

Will Kythera reps get first option for open aesthetic positions that come available?

The aesthetic division is nothing like it used to be. Big pharma all the way here and the bonus payouts are pathetic. They are all talk. Remember, they can say whatever they want in terms of bonus but it is all talk. Most jobs these days say uncapped bonus, but in reality that says nothing. The payouts stink.

 

What's the at plan number here?
