L. Musto is new RSM!? What a joke!

A new RSM would certainly go along way for this region. How many TMs have they lost since she became the manager? By my count I believe it is 4 or 5 as well as a Concierge Specialist. In addition there are two others actively looking to get out. Definitely in need of a management upgrade. How many people does it taking before upper management realizes there is something going on there...and it isn't good. What is the saying; people don't quit their jobs, they quit their managers. She was in way over her head, and it showed.

 

Hmmm, does this mean she was fired, or simply quit?

 

A little diversification would be welcome in this region; almost all female, and all caucasion. How does that even closely align with the cultural mix of a region comprised of Arizona, California, Oregon and Washignton.

Your team is so glad you are gone L. How many people did you run off in your short run as a manager? Too little too late - you did more damage to any sales team than any other so called rsm in the past 5 years. While you probably tell yourself you were promoted, we all know they scooted you way, way out to where you can do the least amount of harm to other employees. There is a God!
