Lab Solutions Did they get shut down or raided by FBI ??

Anyone know what's going on with the case. I don't want the thread to die.

 

I would assume the usual delays and more due to Covid. Eventually Minal will go to trial or just plea out for 1 count of the many he is charged with and serve about 6 to 10 years and lose all his money. Hope it was worth it.

 

So what is the latest with this lab and the owners?

 

I've heard there is a plan to restart the lab and its operations.

Sister was able to re open labsolutions under different name. She is testing for covid but does not have many employees. Unbelievable

This guy is FUCKED!!!. He will def get convicted on at least one of the charges and the min will be 10 years. This fool too is living it up at the Hawks games sitting on the floor and partying in Miami. WOW

 

I drove by labsolutions and it was open. When I got home and their web page is up and running again. Wow

 

Unbelievable the lab is up and running again. The website is up and running also.

 

How can this place still be opened?

Has this case gone to trial yet or a plea deal made?

 

Minal filed a motion last year to dismiss the case and it was denied. Not sure how much time he got but he was found guilty of all charges

 

The above is not accurate. Minal filed a motion to dismiss the case which was denied by the judge, however he has not gone to trial yet.
