Ben Thompson is a great guy but will not have your back if it comes to Corp. Kerski is just a dumbass...not sure how he lasted this long...
Easy job. Most of your headaches will be around distribution. Other than that easy. Pay is half way decent. You get a car. Most of the managers are nice and laid back.
