LCS (Lachman consultants) do this to every company that gets in trouble with FDA - they have great contacts with FDA (LCS has ex-FDAers on payroll) and use that to get their name into consent decree judgement - then they find average contractors off the street for under $100/hr and place them at companies like KV for $3,000 / day - if KV succeeds, LCS gets credit, if KV fails, LCS blames KV people ...nice racket if you can get in on it ...of course the front-men for LCS are senior people to make the sale
