You really are funny & so full of yourself. Please describe what's exactly keeping Repatha at 44k lousy prescriptions & and Prolia at an abysmal 22% market share. "Amgen" reps have had Prolia in their bag for oh, seven plus years. Your company brought these Inventiv reps on because apparently you couldn't do the heavy lifting of Repatha and Prolia alone. Your Amgen managers hand picked the Inventiv reps who make up half of their sales teams. And you've got an entire CV sales force made up former Inventiv reps. They are kinda the backbone of the Repatha business. So again, ask yourself ...who really screwed up here?

So interesting that you'd actually say this. Especially since your Amgen managers hand picked their Inventiv team members. Repatha sits at 44k lousy Scripts & Prolia has never had more than a 23% market share. Clearly Amgen didn't think it's own reps could carry the lift of both Repatha & Prolia alone. Lastly, Amgen has a CV sales force made up 50% former Inventiv reps. I guess the statenent "once a contract rep always a contract rep" really isn't true. Unless Amgen is not a real rep job..

Amgen reps don't sell. They just tell you drug is on contract then bring coffee.

23% market share is high for a biologic in this market dopey. Repatha is not flying off the shelves because the price is WAY to high and the outcomes data did not hit the mark. If you were hired by Amgen as an inventiv rep it is because of an Amgen directive to do so. If you think Amgen reps can't sell- how many scripts of both Prolia and Repatha has the inventiv team sold??? You probably are not aware of this but the managers report to the directors on WHO sells and who does not and its pretty clear Inventiv reps have sold almost NOTHING!!! If you were smart you would have left this gig awhile ago, if you were smarter you would have never taken a contract job-but that proves a point- Inventiv reps are not bright enough to see the bigger picture. Have fun looking for a decent job in this industry!!

You're a moron, half the InVentiv Reps are better than the Amgen reps !

You're a moronand don't have a clue! Half the contract reps have never been one before and took the opportunity with the understanding they would most likely be rolled in!

you actually believed that they would roll you in???? hahahahahahah- another point proven-contract reps are about as sharp as the push end of a thumb tack

Exactly my point, you always wanted to be a real Amgen Rep. I've never met a rep who was happy as an Inventiv rep. I've never met a rep that only interviewed at Inventiv and that was their first choice. I have never met a rep that refused to stay at Inventiv or any contract company instead of being rolled over. The very reason you are a contact rep is the reason you will always be a contract rep going forward - you are second tier. Contract sales is a scarlet letter on your shitty resume.

The local managers should be ashamed. They keep giving false hope to their reps. "Amgen keeps top performers," "there is enough business to justify keeping all of us," "we really like you and your reviews are fantastic." Bullshit bullshit bullshit! They gave us 4 months to F off and look for a job. Check the box for a few hours in the AM and then get paid to interview elsewhere on the side.

So I thought Inventiv was fine except for the situations where a Blue team mate would bump them if they weren't one of the 50 kept? Is that not the case?

The BCBU currently has 800+ reps. 400 Amgen and 400 InVentiv (give or take).

The NEW BCBU will have 800+ reps consisting of the following...
    -400 current Amgen BCBU reps
    -100 current Amen Blue reps
    -200 InVentiv reps
-100 open Amgen positions (open to the public)
    --------Totaling approx 800 BCBU rep-----

InVentiv reps, you will re-interview for your current spot OR take a shot at one of the open Amgen positions. You are NOT guaranteed a job with InVentiv or Amgen. Bring your A game!!! No one on the inVentiv team is safe.

Where do the Inventiv reps fit in the future changes?

At the end of the day, the answer to this question remains hazy. I just want to know exactly who white team reps will be partnered with. It sounds like there is no "rollover" for any Inventiv folks & that they will have to reapply for any and all Amgen jobs. Inventiv reps have really been painted into a corner. They weren't given full Repatha/Prolia responsibilities. And then few of them have the "fire" to sell with conviction, anyway. The whole thing is frustrating....
