The company today, as it has always been, is owned by my family. I am co- owner. How else could I have the power I have with regard to employees, and their terminations, when necessary?? This is a question that eludes some employees. But it's the truth, and happens exactly the way I say it happens. One of our more recent terminations continues to post, refusing to acknowledge he no longer works for Jazz Pharmaceuticals!
Yes, I assure you Jermaine and I are co- owners of Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a company started by my father!

A pretty obvious lie is the reference you made to the book regarding your father's backstory, claiming it used to be available on Amazon. You even gave the title. No such book exists.

 

The book about my father and his entree into the pharmaceutical business does exist!
Amazon may be out of the book, and perhaps by now it may be out of print. I will speak with Mr. Jefferson, the biographer, and determine the book's current status. You may be able to get a copy at your local library. "From Pancakes to Pharma; the Life and Times of Jermaine Jazz".

Actually no, the book simply doesn't exist. You claimed it could be found on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and/or "your local library." However, a simple Google search returns nothing (nor did a search for the author).

Published books simply don't disappear. So provide a link to this book. Otherwise, this is a pretty blatant lie.

Bruce works directly for my family. The Jazz Family are the owners and founders of the company you work for. What happened to the 7 people who were terminated since January! (At my request). Ask Heather McGaughey. YOU can't put a lid on TRUTH!
You seem to conveniently overlook facts that I have mentioned over several months! It'a as though you are afraid to bring these things up. You have a fear of not being sure of the truth.
Why don't you directly ask Bruce whether or not, and why these 7 representatives have been fired. Who could have done this except someone of power within Jazz Pharmaceuticals?
Because I am an owner of Jazz, my word allows me to do terminations, and anything else that is decided upon by The Jazz Family!
Tell me why I am able to terminate any person in the Jazz Pharma organization!!
The last two representatives who have been let go (May and June) were located in Miami and Chicago, respectively. I dare you to even attempt to dispute these facts!
Now, who is the pathological liar! You cannot disprove what I've stated! Before you call me, or any Jazz Family member a liar, just show me I'm wrong!

The book was written about 4 years ago, and does an accurate job of depicting my father's journey throughout the second half of his life. He was a very special, thoughtful, intellegent, intuitive man, who saw the benefits in the pharmaceutical industry. He wanted so very much to be part of our great industry! His legacy was complete!
It's quite easy to call someone a liar. It's NOT easy to explain why you believe that person is a liar, especially if that person is telling the truth!!
