Can anyone provide an update on the employee lawsuits? There were supposed to be trials in February and March. While there are earlier posts describing them, we're they all settled out of court? Thanks.
Here's an incomplete list of Masimo's lawsuits currently in play. Masimo is the defendent in all of these, which means regardless of outcome it's going to cost Kiani many millions of dollars to fight them all.
