Those job posts predate the lira head to head results *and* the stopping of obesity studies.

This poster is right, the safety bar is so high and Takeda so risk averse that the program is dead. The breaking point will be EU approval/non approval for EQW

Amylin's “culture has changed” People are exceptional. Talent is strong.
Advice to Senior Management: No layoffs because people at this company are amazing. We all appreciate Dan and his management team. We have an experienced Board of Directors. The US, EU, and Asia will reward us all.

Just one person, not nearly enough.

"At will employment" policy is exercised to relief employees from duty. In such case, no severance package will be handed out. Layoffs (50 or more employees) are protected by California and Federal Law.

ROTFLMAO You face must smell like shit, can you even wipe the brown off your crusty nose.
The only people left at Amylin are the losers that can't get another job or are too fking lazy to look. They sit and hope they don't get laid off. Amylins situation is EPIC FAIL.

Employees who obey orders are safe. Culture Belief award winners are safe. Safe means you are not on "the list". Not certain is the day in which it will happen.

The negative news have been one by one recently. It is abnormal if no layoffs. Amylin got to do it if she wants to survive. Wake up, man!

Culture believers (cheerleaders) have never been laid off. Never will. We are safe.

That's right! Senior management have stated repeatedly that "culture belief" is priority (job) #1. The questions on the performance review form reflect management's commitment to honoring Amylin's core values. We've pleased a lot of people and earned our position at Amylin. Those of us on the culture belief honor roll have job security.

Bad news don't exist inside the great Amylin walls. Management sugar coat every piece of information to hide their incompetence. Many of us have submitted hundreds of CVs and been on several interviews. We're sticking around and putting up with the daily BS until we get the hell outta here. A day like today.....makes me want to vomit. Save us

Too much sweets eaten during the day will cause diabetes in the brain (mental breakdown).

Next week. If you want to save your job, connect with BR or TC and make your case.

Connect with your ass so you can bend over and kiss it goodbye. Brown nosing now will not save your job. The "chosen ones" have been on the list for months. This place sucks!

True about the list. The total number of affected individuals won't be changed. However, the layoff notices won't be printed until middle of next week. There will be some volunteers and if their names are not on the list, the equivalent numbers of employees could be saved. Several employees were saved in 2009 and 2010. Those who want to save their job should plead their case to the decision makers (BR or TC). Nothing to loose. Think of it like getting on a standby list.
