Sure, great idea, then people can't do their jobs. By the way, most have already done this, the only people that waited this long are the idiots.

If IT were really worried they would just cut all access, they also have backups of everything. You are making a big deal about nothing.

More leveling and consolidation at HQ. CMC/PS/ARD/API will report to Pharmaceutical Development. Similar grouping will be done in Quality, Medical, and Research.

It would be quite interesting to see Pfizer buy Amylin since they too are having layoffs.

Pfizer layoffs to raise cash for M&A. Novartis, Roche, Merck, and Lilly have done this.

Cool. When HQ (PD) gets promoted, we will be promoted too. I see....M&A will create new growth opportunities.

Good PD is in control. That's the way it ought to be.

Project Management should report to PD. The harmonization will speed up delivery of pharmaceutical products.

PD has screwed up many projects. Why should they take the lead? Pharm Sci should be the one leading the way.

Employees are downloading confidential information off HARBOR and WAVE to be used as evidence should they be laid off. Some employees believe they can use it to negotiate better severance package.

Why not? You lose your right to confidentiality once you die, and that's what's happening.

Download GB of information from HARBOR and WAVE. Competitive companies would hire employees with competitive edge. Big sign on bonus and hefty stock option package.

Having intimate knowledge from Harbor and WAVE paid huge dividends. We got big signon bonus and salary increase because we could potential contribute more with our intimate knowledge.
