Crazy day here in Southborough. Lots of rumors that sales management, clinical support, associate reps will be cut. Sales numbers are not meeting expectations. Stay tuned.

YEP Expand contract then expand contract! This is not a destination, this is entry level company! Toxic culture. If you have been newly hired in the last 4 years you are the bottom of the barrel.

So only the new reps are being laid off? No Sr Reps or RVPs?

The fact that Olympus is still under DOJ investigation/watch, the multiple scandals involving kickbacks, scopes/superbugs, etc - why anyone would want to work there is beyond me.

With Rock responsible for Energy there is going to be a thinning of the managers big time. What the last post said about "no laying anyone off, just getting rid of the dead wood" is so true. Lots of deadwood! Sales structure is changing and will shock people who it affects.

Don’t think it will affect GI or RVPs.

When does Olympus officially stop supporting the Gyrus PK Generator? I know they sent out a letter in the past. What is the cut-off date for support/electrodes?

That’s hilarious! Chadwick personifies “Deadweight”. The guy does literally nothing and gets paid $300,000 per year.
He lives in a double wide in Johnsonville WV. What a hillbilly.

I can't tell you how many Olympus Urology reps are running around talking crap. Little do they know they are all being reported as well.

If you work for Olympus, you are a total lying scumbag. You are also desperate because if you could’ve upgraded jobs, you would have already... Losers!
