HOW DO YOU KNOW THERE ARE OVER 200 MILLION IN SALES?

LOL. You clearly do not work in the field. My docs love our products. Always have... And I have met many vets face to face. All appreciative.

Meanwhile competition is waving white flag.

It was way more than 10%! More like a factor of seven. Add up all the distributors that were shipped product, VA channel stuffing, large 7x7’s placed on small wounds in the VA, PAN fraud etc.

This is great sarcasm. The docs love the reimbursement that they get from Medicare from our mesh sizes we tell them about. Efficacy comes best when a wound vac is used too.

Let me guess...you’re a pharma rep....better find a new gig. Amniotic products are a thing of the past and competition is punching on the “ABH”...oops...I mean “MiMedx” way of doing business. What goes around comes around

The reps here have been overpaid and stealing for 5 or 6 years now. You had a good run. If you’re is good is you think you are which is highly doubtful, get over it and prove your worth elsewhere. Simple solution.

The ABH guys are like a cancer. Not all, but a lot of them. 1 or 2 get into a good company then they start getting more of their buddies in that operate the same way they do. Regardless of DOJ investigations and accusations of reps applying grafts, double billing for grafts... They metastasize like a cancer and kill the company

What is the status of J Terry Deberry’s internal audit conducted by the BOD? I have been patiently waiting but no updates. Just because Ernst & Young resigned due to fraud, his report should clear everything .

You’re a moron. Good friend of mine left a great job to Join MiMedix and was told they were secure. If you believe what you type, you’re have no morals.

Actually, it doesn't matter if sales were inflated by 5%, 20% or 50%. The problem is that sales were inflated and there were people in management that knew, or were reckless in not knowing, that sales were misstated. Some customers will keep buying the product no matter what, but others are cutting off business. At this point, it doesn't matter what sales were in 2016 or 2017 or even 2018, nobody cares except some securities attorneys who will make a bundle on the lawsuits.

What matters now is how we clean house and regain the trust of the public markets and the customers.

The sad part is that old Mgmt doesn’t think that they did anything wrong. They are trying to portray themselves as victims.

I think the most telling indictment of this company is the way in which AVP’s and RSD’s disceminated the information on when the “whistleblowers” were sued. The company line was they were rogue employees doing bad things to enrich themselves. A year later, when it was shown these people spoke the truth and were ruined by upper management, I have yet to hear one AVP or RSD say I am sorry or speak up in any way for there former “friends” and “teammates”. They through them under the bus when MiMedx told them to and they left them under there to die even when they knew what they said in the past was a lie.

They remain silent to enrich themselves!

Can you imagine being Pete, Bill and Senken signing off on all of those fraudulent
income statements? Five years of lies, what does that translate in penalties by the SEC?

The AVPs at mimedex are a great example of greed at all cost as well as being cowards!

The management team was not great but they wanted people to be able to support their families. Looks like a few complainers that could not sell and were not successful spend a great deal of time on the site. Just sayin!
