If the sales team does not produce by the end of this quarter layoffs are going to occur.

Threats threats... let’s see... layoffs for sales force so corporate execs, VPs, directors, and non-producing overpaid waste can collect bonuses, enjoy ‘team building’ events, and wait out the imminent closing of the door. Yep sounds about right

Yes they can - if they shave off the excess managerial fat

That's not going to happen.. Losing 20 million dollars a quarter doesn't say much for our sales. Companies don't survive losing money every quarter

Yes, I agree on the layoffs. Think about it, previous Subsys sales were due to off label promotion and now with on label promotion the patient population is minimal and very niched. Many physicians don't want anything to do with a tainted company. Syndros sales are so slow and managed care is a nightmare. Next, we don't know when or how much the fine is going be. Finally, our pipeline is being rejected by the FDA. Where would the money come from to sustain the fines that are coming. The whole thing is a mess.

Yes. Purdue employees are all being contacted by our new "leadership" in order to come over and sell marijuana. Wait till they hear that they will be selling Sub as well. Going from Oxycontin to Sub...You can't make this up. Never have to companies deserved each other like this before...
