    what they intend for "our model" when speak about of re-organization ?

    Just enhanced if we work the last 30 days. Haven’t heard anyone getting supplemental.

    What is enhanced? Everyone is on pins and needles around here and asking around to be aware of worst options.

    You are lucky enough to keep your job and do the work of 3 until they can eliminate your spot. J&J is trying to cut expenses everywhere in order to maintain margin by reducing operating expenses.

    Your best options are to look at other roles that compliment your skills. Smaller OEM may be a good landing area if you end up looking. Many small ortho operations out there looking for seasoned talent. Maybe try the cm space as well.

    Not one person can relax we may have a job today but nothing is certain for tomarrow or next week. We’all just waitin for the next announcement.

    Regular - per you time you’d get X # of week’s severance pay
    Enhanced - stay an extra 30 days and get additional weeks of severance

    MD has a deeper cut, Commercial Ops, Global insights, Cooyright Group, CSS is taking big hits .. really surprise that how Old IT and TS bigwigs are reacting to Business Situations, dame old shit about we are TS and we can do what we want ...
    The word on the street is that leadership is looking outside for CIO which means another 2 to 3 years of useless cycle

    Saw Sandi’s separation contract got supplemental as well. Is this because she is retiring and not laid off? Or because she has stocks? Or she is special lol

    Apparently not much......maybe they informed the CSS and Spine divisions how bad they were doing compared to the competition every quarter?

    Because she hired a high-priced attorney who negotiated on her behalf, and milked JNJ as much as possible.

    They were the MD shadow IT, original intent was to provide actual insights but they ended up creating there own little fiefdom, burned lot of money with no real outcome, they hired external consulting companies to compete against IT and just burned time and money...

    Starting to sound like all divisions had a target, either to spread the hurt to avoid the news or because J&J total is hurting and Alex will never, ever miss the Wallstreet need.
