    Credo my foot. LL fronted so hard as the "transparent" leader trying to do by credo and had those wack weekly calls that led us all on. Some of us didnt even get the boot until last minute without warning

    Credo is only relevant when its non HR and TA because who is there to hold them accountable in their own teams

    TA are just the henchmen to carry out the company’s anti-credo behavior. No hiring of males or anyone over 40 or the wrong race. Very discriminatory for a company that claims to be progressive. Please one of you honest TA people have the courage to tell the truth. Let’s see if one of you replies.....

    There is one token minority in enterprise, r&d and sales and the california r&d team lucked out
    AND HIRING OVER 40? Lol they need youngins to dominate. Anti credo henchmen is right

    If you were there during the hire up then you know first hand how cold they are, many folks were wrongly let go

    I am a FTE :

    Lorelei's leadership team: all white
    Executive team: all white
    Practice team : all white 1 token Hispanic


    GS TA fte teams:

    90% white with 1 or 2 token black/hispanic/indian

    Just take a look at their FTE majority. Californian R&D team being one wild exception to asian.

    No surprises

    It works both ways. JNJ has evolved (devolved?) to the point a white man has to be head and shoulders above every other candidate to get promoted.

    Moving up ended years ago for/ from field sales. you just have a job.
