Layoffs in Jan - Confirmed

Any word on potential layoffs in R&D coming? I'm here on visa so am gettting worried.

Like this post on "what'd you do today?"............it basically listed all the things both grown men and women, who play the part in sales literally take all kinds of selling time away from the typical sales day in a typical year (not right now) here at BMS.

So honestly answer me this, oh, pretty Mass going BS lady or handsome church going BM man or neither:

How many hours do you STEAL from us, here at Bristol, each day, each week, month year and never admit to what many call fraud?

• Dropping off and picking up the kids during working hours?
• Laundry pick up drop off?
• McD Coffee, diet Coke, Starbucks?
• A pastry, a snack break at a gas station?
• Fuel up at 2pm versus 5:45pm?
• • Calling the home office for shit you could of easily answered with any research on your own to waste time?
  • Calling your manager to kiss up for no real, sound business reason?
  • How about finding quiet time with that regional manager you have a thing for in 'heart land"?
• Texting friends all along the day about non-urgent matters?
• Social media play time, again and again?
• Reading blogs, bull shitting with teammates?
• Again, bullshitting with teammates?
• Going to the bank or checking your electronic accounts?
• Checking on your benefits during the working day cause ya sure can't do that at night?
• How about, Trading equities? Puts? Options? Swing trades? Day trades? cause you can?
• Sending worthless e-mails, both internal and external?
• Bull shitting with non-prescribers to waste the time away because you know the truth?
• Making up calls in any way, shape or form?
• Manufacturing the quantity of calls? (granted you probably work for dumb ass, protected status manager)
• Totally fabricate or at least enhance the Quality of calls?
• How's your angelic smile & perfect laugh working to pass the day away?
• Outright lie about the actual person you spoke to on the recorded call?

And on and on it goes at BRISTOL MYERS SQUIBB year after year.

Answer those questions honestly.
Then tell us in other divisions, how many actual minutes you sell a year, your total compensation for the year and calculate the ungodly overpaid "hourly" figure you receive for fraudulent theft as a means to a dishonest living?

What a joke of a company...whoever manages this clown should be the first one out the door

 

That guy should be promoted for speaking the truth about the shortcomings (and there are millions) at BMS.
