    Look at what GM is doing to cut costs and you will notice a strategy that has been in place at AZ for some time. The new labor force will be much younger and cheaper. GM is offering buyouts to anyone with 12 years or more. Once the voluntary separations are completed then they will begin to let senior employees go and back fill with contract and younger full time and part time employees. They actually published this strategy and do not seem concerned about any legal implications.

    Personally, I think primary care will be filled by CSO's in near future. PSS's will be given choices if in good standing to move over to Publicis @ about $65K w/ a 1/3 of bonus potential. If you don't like it, then you will be separated and you can find something more to your liking.

    I have no reason for what I wrote other than what is happening within diabetes and resp (long term hiring freeze) and the fact that GSK has moved Breo to 100% contract.
