Does anyone else think layoffs are coming with the restructuring that was mentioned during this mtg? Are they going to merge NAMS/PNAMS?

    40 PNAMs is a joke

Yeah and the number of NAMs isn't....they suck so bad at selling Onzetra that they changed the pay structure for it. Some of the NAMs pull 10-15 Nuedexta a week. That's the joke.

Now that the PNAMS had neuro NPs taken out of their goals they're not going to get more than 10-15 either

You don't want to be ranked in the bottom 20%. Just sayn.

Speak for yourself. I have maybe 1 Neuro NP in my data, and have many I don't get credit for due to an exclusion issue that needs adjusted. It all comes from Psych. The NAM sales force has been around 7 years and can't increase baseline. Goal of 1 Onzetra a week? Not even paying your own salary. Not to mention a PNAM has 6 or more NAMs in their territory. They don't need that many.

There is going to be a layoff ...we do not know The Who,Why,When &Where... The next new hire training class has been cancelled and any new positions are not being filled right now

Sounded like they don't value the LASR position, maybe eliminating

LASER positions are not being back filled
when those reps leave or get promoted.
    Maybe down size LASERs ?

Just in: RBM and NAMS, 20% reduction by end of year, LNAMS are not affected.

That's not happening. We are absorbing Pnams, and then the bottom performers will be cut.

After the CNN article 20% will be going higher

    With the CNN article basically
    just talking about LNAMS and
    LASERs in the nursing homes,
Who knows what's going to happen now ?
