All I see coming is lots of turn over. R stewart and G monk were horrible for Quest and sank that BU. Now they will sink this ship even more. If quest bought htis it would only be in a fire sale. I really hope OPKO pulls out of this scandal and recovers before loosing some great people. Lets hope GM and RS are quickly outed so we can get back to business. Under those 2 at quest moral was destroyed and business lost.

 

By undermining Geoff, you put this entire company at risk. He has clear path to profitability and saying otherwise only distracts people from the work that needs to be done. Maybe your definition of success needs to be assed. You should be outed and fired

There is no chance GM is going anywhere soon. While I think you are right that he is a poor leader, he had staying power at DGX despite presiding over some of the worse years ever. Anyone he took in such as RS is just doing what he tells them.

 

Path to profitability....believe me with GM that is the road not taken. Path to cutting costs, headcount, and service is the one he knows well, but that is not the same path.
