It comes down to very simple solutions. 1. Don't make promises you don't intend to keep. 2. Don't shit on people who work hard for you, verbally or otherwise. 3. Don't just listen to 1 side of a complaint and brand someone. Get everyone's perspective and side of story. 3. Follow through with what you say you will do. Pay those you've said you'd pay and don't be cheap assess.

Blown away by this ☝️one leaving. Wasn’t she just in the general session video talking about how great her job was. Obviously, something changed.

Enough people have been left/been let go along the way....no issues finding someone to take their spot

It's called poor management. This is not a new revelation and it's been going on since the Inception of the company back with RB. If you don't hire mature, experienced and well-balanced people, then this is what you get. People leaving by the droves and manager wanna bes weaseling on to other positions in the company or having affairs with a younger female raps, too stupid to care that is A. its inppropriate and B. He isn't leaving his wife.

The failure of Sublocade is not a management problem or a rep problem.

    It’s a truth problem.

Nobody in the company understands the truth about the real reason Suboxone is a billion dollar drug.

It’s a billion dollar drug because patients and doctors, despite having extended-release options, insist on daily dosed bupe. Why?

If you can figure out the real reason why, you’ll know why Sublocade failed. And Probuphine. And why Braeburn’s POS will also fail if it ever gets approved.

I know exactly where you're going with this. First of all, failed? As in past tense. Failed, after one month on the market. Good to see you can predict the future. This is the first viable extended release option. Probuphine failed bc no one wanted to do a procedure/implant and give a patient 6 months of bupe at once. And it had shit promotion from a tiny ass company.
Yes, there are docs that use bupe as a cash cow. But there are plenty that will use Sublocade as a better option. The market won't be as big. It won't ever be as big as Suboxone was, but it does have a place, and it will be profitable. Not everywhere is Appalachia where it's all bupe mills, partner. Some doctors actually do treat patients properly. I'm sorry your cynicism has gotten the best of you.

Perfect example of why it’s failed:

You refuse to accept the truth.

Sooner or later, the truth always comes out.

    Wait and see

I love how u people come on here admitting docs and patients r making money off bupe.
If u PCR no one will listen cause ur bonus will suck.
It's not long before all opioids r banned and little sub block aid will be the only product and that sales force will b at best 50 reps.

Up in flames I say bitches with stitches.

It's not illegal for a doctor to make money providing a service to patients. It is illegal to divert. Most diversion is because of lack of doctors, or no insurance coverage, I love how you think this is a massive problem. No fuckface, HEROIN is the massive fucking problem. Subs being diverted is a drop in the bucket compared to the real issues. Shit bro, get with it. You have an obvious agenda against Suboxone and Indivior; take it somewhere else. Subs have helped a lot more people than they've hurt. You can't even spell the fucking product name correctly, idiot. Fuck off.

Here we have a master class in how to bury your head in the sand.

Thanks for the broadcast from the fantasy bubble. Leave your echo chamber, where people who make money on Suboxone only talk to each other about people who are on Suboxone. Leave the bubble and you'll find the truth.

It's okay if you don't want to do the work yourself to find the truth. Sooner or later, the truth always becomes known. Lots of people already know the truth, and they're finally starting to talk about it:

It's baaack! You don't have a job, do you? That's why you're always on here running your mouth off about a product or company you know zero about, doing whatever you can do to stir up trouble . its time for you to go get yourself a good therapist and rehab. You're a mess.
