Layoffs

I heard its happening soon. 1/3 of the jobs will be gone

 

why would a company hire and pay a good salary to reps and get rid of them just a few months in? Takes months to provide growth to a new product and this one is still in its infancy.... investor call hasnt even occurred to release q4 results.
